At 360 Fitness, we have excellent group exercises to get your heart pumping and keep you motivated. From cardio workouts, core conditioning and strength training to yoga, Pilates and spinning, we have one that's perfect for you!


 

Pilates Equipment Series
Experience your workout on the equipment that made Pilates a household word. Achieve a full body workout on these marvelous and ingenious machines, as they quickly train the body, align the back and neck, and challenge the deep core muscles to develop flexibility, strength and balance. Group meets twice weekly for 4 weeks.
Class Times:
Mondays and Wednesdays 5:30pm
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 8:30am; 9:30am; 5:30pm
Cost: $125 ($175 non members)

360 Boxing Club

Find your inner Ali (be it Muhammad or Laila) in our Group Exclusive boxing program. Boxing is an intense, yet fun way to burn fat, build muscle and kick butt (metaphorically speaking, of course). Learn techniques for basic punches and footwork using jump ropes, heavy  bags and speed bags. Increase agility, endurance and coordination through practice drills. Fine-tune your boxing skills and train in a high-intensity, accelerated,  non-contact environment. Learn punching and footwork drills that build strength, speed and power.

Class Times:
Mondays and Wednesdays: 6:30pm
Fridays: 9:30am

Weight Lifting For Women (W.O.W) 
This 4-week workshop offers the tools to help you get lean, lose weight, gain more energy, feel focused, healthier, and energetic, as well as teach you how to workout the most efficient way! Group meets twice weekly.

M/W 11am; M/W 5:30pm
T/TH 8:00am; T/H 10:00am; T/TH 5:30pm 
 Cost: $125 ($175 non members)

Hip Hop Class
    A high-energy class that uses the latest sounds in rap, R&B and pop music together with movements.  This class fills up quickly so call or email for reservations.
        Class Times: Fridays @ 5:30pm
